 Matters needing atteπ§↓≈ntion

1. The working environment♣φσ™ of laser marking equip♠÷↕ment must always be kep "γ•t clean;

2. In the event of a ₹¥malfunction in the machine, stop ≥✔∑&working immediately and haφ←'★ve it repaired by professionals orσ$↑​ authorized personnel from the e↔ εquipment supplier. Do not disassemblε♣e it yourself;

3. During laser processing, do ≥£not leave the workbe©♥nch or ask someone to rep∞¶'>lace it at will;

4. Strictly follow t♠≠he steps when turning on o✔×φ≤r off the laser marking equipment, ≈ βλdo not operate randomly;

5. It is forbidden t​λo open the machine coΩγ↑φver when the laser eα×≥↑quipment is working. If you neeα§‌→d to open the cover, p←↕Ω​lease turn off the power oε∏¶f the machine first to prevent laseσεr radiation;

6. Do not use corro'γαsive reagents to cleaε§" n the parts of the ma≥&↓≈chine;

7. The optical fiber £φ cable connecting the cavity an>'±d the cabinet is fragile, plea£αΩβse do not bend or be squeezed by "∞heavy objects;

8. Please don't turnφ∞π& on and off frequently, a ∑≤​nd it can be turned on after at l ↓↓∑east 3 minutes after shutting↔♦ down;

9. The laser marking prα∞ocessing should be done✔β quickly, and the red light sho∞<→¥uld not be used for too long, so as ∏¶not to shorten the service Ω&↕αlife of the light-emitting head;  

10. The positioning must be acc♦βurate each time the workpiece i 's placed to avoid deviation o¥©÷f the marking positio¥Ω★n.

 Safety requirements

1. The operator must wear eye pφ≤rotection goggles and not directly fac‌¶e the laser beam to avoid eye d≤♦amage;

2. Do not put body parts under✘♦ the laser beam duri$♠™δng the marking process to avo®©★≠id danger;

3. Some materials wil←​♣l produce odor when marking, if the ↔re is odor, the smoke☆☆₹φ exhaust system must b÷€÷✔e opened;

4. There should be no flammablδ≈∞₹e and explosive materials in th'₩↔∞e environment around t₩$he operation;  

5.  If there is an emergenε£↓₹cy during operation,₹→ press the emergency stop switch fir→∏st, and then notify  λthe relevant technical personnel or÷ δ responsible person or merchant &≥ £to deal with it.

Maintenance

1. Keep the workplace and equipmeφ♠βnt clean;

2. Regularly open the compute±γ‌¶r case and equipment cooling system∑×π↑ to clean the internal dust;¥←π¶

3. When moving the mac™≈↓φhine, be careful not to strain the ™☆™↑laser transmission tube;  

4. Don't put it beside stamping<↕ and other machine tools with high viε•"bration equipment;

5. Do not install software unrelated ∑βto work, etc., and clean up the ¥£®λinternal files of the computer reγ♥<‍gularly;

6. The working environment temperature>Ω← of the laser marking machine should b•¥₽e kept at 15-30℃ and the <♦ humidity should be 45  ©®-75%. UV laser marking ε∞&Ωmachine has a slightly∞"↔∑ higher requirement for the workingβ&™$ environment, the temperatu∞​≥™re should be kept at 16-28℃, and the δ↔↕γhumidity should be 45-75%;

7. The fluctuation of the power sup≠λply grid should be less than 10‌←%. If it cannot be gu€λ£aranteed, a voltage stabilizer ± ‍©must be installed;

8. When not in use for a long time, k•∞✘£eep the working area dry to prev®®×¶ent the optical lens from being dampσ£ and moldy;

9. When the slidingδσ rod of the scanning table runs un₹ evenly, some lubricating oil ∏♥can be applied to the axle.
